Guest guest Posted April 16, 2011 Report Share Posted April 16, 2011 Hello I am eating meat, eggs, butter, (minimum 4 tbsp a day) Coconut oil, cream, and cheese. I am wondering how to get enough fat in the diet per the ratios recommended on Bee's page. I usually end up drinking 3 cups of decaf coffee with 2 Tbsp of Coconut oil each just so I can get all my fats in. If I eat more cheese, my protein ratio can easily get too high. How do you all do it? Also, I have been eating 30 or less carbs per day and not losing weight. Could this be because I am still healing?
