Hi Bee & Group,

Today I am going on month 4 and have a few questions. Since, I started the

diet I have had the following. I have asked about this before, just a brief

summary. By the way, I dry brush and oil pull everyday as well as coffee

enema once a week. I just began epsom salt baths.

- Extremely heavy legs when going up the stairs. I get so fatigued, have to

take breaks.

- painful cold burning sensations from the knees down

- very static electric, I shock anyone or get shocked very easily especially

after eating. My clothes cling to me and you can hear and feel static when I

remove.

- eyes crossing on their own..everday ( this was happening before diet)

- burp even when I drink water ( this was happening before diet)

- tired but wired feeling...hyperactivity, ocd.

- pain above kidney area...i assume adrenals

- muscle/nerve twitching

Well, I kept saying to myself these are just healing reactions but something

kept telling me maybe it's mercury toxicity. I have done some research and

read people who produce a lot of static have mercury toxicity. I get saliva

tested every 3 months or so and just received my results. It showed

aluminum/mercury toxicity and a need for molybdenum (which is needed to

excrete mercury and help balance copper).

My question is, do you think i am having these symptoms because my body is

releasing metals due to Bee's diet or am I making my self more toxic? How

would I know the difference?

Thank you and I really look forward to hearing from you,

Jess
