Hi Tina,

That drunk/stoned feeling and numbness you are having is because of the toxins

that are being mobilized in your system. It is part of the healing process and

is nothing to be concerned about. This will subside as time goes on, however,

you may have ups and downs (some days being worse than others) until you are

completely healed.

Celtic Sea Salt and Coconut oil don't 'kill off' the candida. It just doesn't

work that way. What is happening is that eating healthy foods and getting

minerals from the salt (and no longer eating fructose) is making your body

stronger so that it can heal itself. This means that your body is becoming

strong enough to make the candida *change back* into the healthy organisms they

are supposed to be. The idea of 'killing off' the candida is completely wrong.

Bee doesn't recommend bentonite clay. She lists the reasons in this article:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/mn3.php

Instead, it will be the high good fats in her program that will help you to get

rid of toxins in your body. It's a slower process, but it's safer. High fats

will even get rid of heavy metals. You don't need to take any else or do any

special treatments to speed this process along, because Bee's diet and

supplements are all that is necessary to heal your body.

But, if you are feeling like you want to do something to help, try doing a

coffee enema. Here are the instructions:

Thank you for your replies. :o)

I was under the impression though, that the coconut oil's acids, including the

lauric acid, was actually antifungal.

I thought that there was a certain amount of die off of the yeast in us from

these acids actually causing yeast die off?

I understand about our bodies getting so strong/healthy with Bee's diet and

supplements, that we get much healthier and the body is then able to revert back

to operating properly..

But I really thought there was die off/herx reactions from say starving the

yeast by proper/strict diet, and die off from other items such as cloves,

oregano oil, garlic, coconut oil, even salt I thought was antiseptic and a

'killer' of yeast.

I think I am confused, can you confirm if those items are antifungal in our

bodies and then if taking them causes die off and release of toxins? Or is it

some other mechanism? I'm not quite grasping it all yet.

It was so weird that my first meal would trigger this horrific stoned feeling

that was quite strong and lasted about 3 hrs, only subsiding when I ate more

foods. I was even afraid to eat the same food later, but as it turns out, it

did not cause the reaction again! So bizarre!

Thank you so much,

Tina

Hi Tina,

I can only repeat that Bee has taken the term 'die-off' out of her program.

Here's what she writes:

I have eliminated using " Die-Off Symptoms " to describe any reactions or symptoms

involving bacteria and candida/fungus infections. That is because " die-off

symptoms " is a term that was fabricated (made up) by the medical industry in

order to justify using antibiotics to treat bacteria and candida/fungus

infections - read Die-Off Symptoms & Herxheimer Reactions

<http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php> to understand why I

refer to all symptoms and reactions as healing and detoxifying reactions.

Perhaps Bee can comment more on this for you.

+++Hi Tina,

In addition to the article recommended on Die-Off & Herxheimer

Reactions, read these two article:

1) Why Antifungals Are Not Needed:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/antifungal1.php

2) Why You Do Not Need Probiotics:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/probiotic1.php

Tina, we have all been scammed by modern medicine, who are actually in the

sickness business. They have lied and twisted the truth and fabricated (made

up) terms and words like die-off, antibiotics, probiotics, antifungals, etc. in

order to make money.

They are not in the health business to benefit us in any way - follow the money!

The best in health, Bee
