Guest guest
How can I get my 15-month-old to eat butter oil? When I give it to him on the spoon he tries to spit it out and puts his fingers in his mouth as if he wants to get the taste out. Should I try to sneak it in by melting it on top of veggies, broth, etc? Thanks.
Guest guest
Hi , Yes, you could try adding it to foods to see if he will take it that way. Butter oil is not a *must* on this program, so if it's too difficult to get him to take it, don't give it to him and just focus on the rest of the program - foods and supplements.
