incessant sniffing to the point of hyperventilating

Had this years ago, often blamed allergies and benzo use.

But it's back for the past couple of weeks.

To the point where my nose tickles inside and I sniff so much I actually

hyperventilate some.

Then I have to just plug my nose with tissue and do the slow breathing.

It happens a lot but does act up somewhere around midnight and 1am too.

I read before about molds 'pollinating' at that late time of day, do you know if

there's truth to that or if it's likely?

Or just overall irritation in nasal tissues from all the toxins?

Thanks Bee / mods,

Tina

Hi Tina,

It sounds to me like your body is producing extra mucous to get rid of toxins

and that as it's trickling down the back of your nasal passages, it's tickling

you, making you feel the need to sniff.

Remember, too, that you will retrace each and every symptom you've ever had

while on this program. I once retraced being in labour! Read this article so

you understand how retracing works:

Sorry Bee, I actually didn't post twice but somehow it was sent twice I think in

the same minute! Don't know why that happened. no worries, I don't mind waiting

a wee bit for answers, I feel thankful to get them and hear other's similar

experiences to put my mind at ease.

Thanks again,

Tina
