Guest guest
Had this years ago, often blamed allergies and benzo use. But it's back for the past couple of weeks. To the point where my nose tickles inside and I sniff so much I actually hyperventilate some. Then I have to just plug my nose with tissue and do the slow breathing. It happens a lot but does act up somewhere around midnight and 1am too. I read before about molds 'pollinating' at that late time of day, do you know if there's truth to that or if it's likely? Or just overall irritation in nasal tissues from all the toxins? Thanks Bee / mods, Tina
Guest guest
Hi Tina, It sounds to me like your body is producing extra mucous to get rid of toxins and that as it's trickling down the back of your nasal passages, it's tickling you, making you feel the need to sniff. Remember, too, that you will retrace each and every symptom you've ever had while on this program. I once retraced being in labour! Read this article so you understand how retracing works: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php Group Moderator > > Had this years ago, often blamed allergies and benzo use. > Thanks Bee / mods, > Tina >
