Just catching up with you all...

Hi All!

Thank you to those who have e-mailed me to ask how I'm doing and I apologise

that I have not answered anyone. We were offline for a while and took the

children away, our last trip before the baby comes. thanks also for asking

after the baby she is doing well too )

I haven't caught up on all my reading yet but the ones I have caught up on have

been very interesting. Will, some of your ideas have challenged us to a

different line of research so thank you for your input. Your info is reasoned

and well thought out and I always make sure I read your messages. Could you

please repeat the name of the book you read about diet. I have been unable to

find it again.

Dale, thank you for posting the link to the Senna info. After extensive research

I had been unable to find any research whatsoever that had been done on it so

was fairly certain that there was none. It was good to have that confirmed.

Although I found it interesting that the FDA has now decided to investigate it

to be honest it did not fill me with any confidence in light of other substances

they have investigated \ But you never know they may surprise us!

Thanks again to all who take the time to share what they have discovered I for

one deeply appreciate it. The post on the connection between underactive thyroid

and dysfunction of the sphincter oddi was an eye opener for me and after a very

simple investigation I have discovered that this applied to me. I am now on

selenium daily and have noticed an improvement in bile flow.

I expect the next couple of months are going to pass in a bit of a blur for me

with the baby coming but I will try to keep up with the messages even if I don't

get the chance to reply to many.
