Guest guest
Just curious why fructose is so damaging? God made all of these fruits naturally and they are unprocessed with alot of vitamins. I'm just wondering why they are so unhealthy even within a healthy person? or when we get healthy? sherry

Fruits do not contain any special nutrients, vitamins, etc. that are not found in meats, eggs and good fats I recommend. That's why the Eskimos and Masai Tribe in Africa were the healthiest people that Dr. Weston A. Price researched. I highly recommend his book Nutrition and Physical Degeneration. Also this article explains how 2 men did a year-long experiment under doctor's supervision in a New York Hospital, eating only 20% meat and 80% fat and were healthier after the year: http://www.biblelife.org/stefansson1.htm Fructose doesn't get digested like other sugars; instead they go directly to the liver and spike up blood sugar levels, however they do not stimulate insulin production to lower those levels. So fruits change into tryglycerides (from cholesterol tests) more readily and quickly than other carbs/sugars do which makes people fat. High tryglycerides means the person consumes high-carbs. Also fruits on the market today have been grown to contain more fructose than our ancestors had. Of course before industrialization people could only get foods in their immediate area, and fruits were only eaten when they were in season. Of course the food industry makes all kinds of wild claims in order to make money, just like modern medicine, big business, government, etc. Carbs are not necessary to human health, see Food Selection for Humans: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/price1.php Also read more articles in this section " Food & Diet Facts & Information: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu3.php That's why this program is low-carbs (all plant foods) and high good fats and protein. It works so that the main thing about it. When in doubt about what is recommended on this program, read these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php All the best, Bee

Thanks a bunch! I am impressed with all of your responses and advice on the group. Thanks for chiming in like you do! Guest guest
Thanks Bee. You're welcome. I can't help myself - I am an analytical thinker with an overwhelming need to know WHY and to find a rational answer for everything! :oD Regards, Ali. > > > > I would chip in too on the point of fruits only being eaten in season, that many trees and bushes are triggered to bear fruit at the end of the Summer and into Autumn in many climates.
