Guest guest
Hi Bee, I read your post 101966 about women's weight gain and hormones. I am male and experiencing weight gain on your program and I wondered if the hormone information could apply to men as well. I have had a slightly enlarged and tender breast for about 25 years since I started puberty. A doctor prescribed me progesterone cream about 12 years ago which I rubbed into my chest every day for about 6 months. My left breast is still enlarged and tender. I don't own a scale but the weight gain has been significant enough that I have to buy new pants now. Thanks for all your help, Josh

Cheers, Bee
