After I have been awake for about 15 minutes or so, I start getting really bad hives on my legs and hands. This morning it went a little to my face, but I get it the most on my legs. This has never happened to me before. After about 2 or so hours, they go away. I have not changed anything in what I have been eating or my soap, etc. I am getting worried. What do you think? +++Hi Theresa. Hives, like all abnormal skin issues, are toxins coming out. Your body detoxifies more at night so you can get more symptoms in the morning. Trust your body since it knows what it is doing, which is all for very good reasons when you are on this program, and that IS towards health. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
I will trust my body Bee! I just get nervous because it has happened now three days in a row, twice a day. First thing in the morning and in the early evening around 6:00 pm. Thank you for your reassuring words...you're the best!
