I wrote you a few days ago to tell you about my digestive issues (orange stools, constipation etc...). I discontinued the nutritional yeast flakes (I'm taking vit. B complex+niacin instead), I'm eating more veggies to catch up with my ratios, and I'm happy to report that my constipation problem is gone. Hooray! My stools are still orange though, but I'm working on it. > > Bee, is it possible that the small amount of veggies I eat can explain some of my digestive issues since, after all, we are not equipped to digest fibers so as long as we eat veggies, our intestines turn into a fermentation chamber? > > I've got another question: my uncle who is diabetic seems to want to try your program, but he wants to know when he can stop taking insuline. Is there a general rule or should he discuss this matter with his doctor? Many thanks for being who you are! +++Hi Helene, If you cook the veggies until they are well-done they do not contain fibers. However, if your intestines was a fermentation chamber in the past your body will be retracing it just like it does all other symptoms. I cannot advise your uncle on when he can stop insulin. He needs to monitor it and lower his insulin accordingly and gradually with his doctors advice too. There was one lady on this group that I remember, who was able to totally get off insulin on my program, but I don't recall her name at the moment. Maybe you can find her messages by Subject using diabetic or insulin or something like that. If I remember I'll let you know, or maybe someone else will remember. I just finished a very long message on my other Group, so my head is full of it. lol! I'm also happy being who I am. lol! But I cannot help but be honored and humbled by being able to help like this. Lots of Hugs back, Bee
