Guest guest
I am on all the supplements, coconut oil and salt. I just did Fitday for the first time today to see where I am. I am going by the article that says: Therefore a person 5 feet 6 inches tall needs to consume the following ratios daily: 68 grams of protein 170 to 238 grams of fats 54 grams of carbs I am about this tall. My ratios were pretty close. I had 240 grams of fat, 73 grams of carbs, and 98 grams of protein. I consumed about 2805 calories today. Is that too much? Are my carbs too high? Your carbs are too high, but it is okay to go over your protein and fat ratios. But calculate your correct ratios first. No, your calories are not too high at all. Note: It is the " kinds of calories " and not the " amount of calories " that is important on this program. Your calories are high because fats are higher in calories than carbs or protein. 1 fat gram = 9 calories 1 protein or carb gram = 4 calories All the best, Bee
