So, I went back to my doctor for followup blood work. I assumed it was going to be the same, maybe a little bit better. But I am delighted to report that my thyroid is now functioning normally (3.5) and the cholesterol is improving also. I never talked with my doctor, but her nurse said I should continue doing what I've been doing! I am really amazed! After 5 months on your diet, I have begun to see some of the thyroid issues (dry skin, exhaustion) get better. (It has taken a while.) So, perhaps this was just postpartum hypothyroidism, I don't know for sure. But my body is finding balance, and now the blood work is confirming that. > > I have 3 years to go, and I am so curious to see what's going to happen next! > > Also, I see that someone else in the group is scheduled to have impacted wisdom teeth removed. Me too. What did you advise regarding sedation & antibiotics? I am going to have local sedation for just one tooth. My husband thinks I am wrong to not want the antibiotics. What should I do? +++Hi Debbie, Wow, that is absolutely super! I'm very impressed and so happy for you. May I please post the success section above in my Success Stories? Antibiotics actually suppress inflammation and infection that your body naturally creates in order to heal itself from the tooth removal. They also are known to paralyze tissues, making them numb, which stops the flow of healing blood and other substances from getting into the area to heal it. Doctor use them since they are in the sickness business, along with the drug companies, and they deceive people into believing they help. Antibiotics are also poisonous, so they will burden your body even more while it is trying to heal, making it work harder to detoxify the poison. Did you know that most antibiotics are made from mold which are fungal-type toxins, called mycotoxins. > Thanks for this wonderful source of information! +++You are so very welcome!
