Guest guest
Hi, Bee, I am wondering what I can do to help my dd, age 8, and my ds, age 3. DD started feeling bad on Sunday and we just thought she was constipated. Then, she went back and forth between constipation and diarrhea. I gave her lots of good fats: coconut oil, butter, etc. I think that on Sunday, things got worse because she had birthday cake at my dh's aunt's house to celebrate a cousin's birthday. My son had the cake as well. My dh and I did not eat cake and we only ate on plan foods. Today, I managed to get some coconut oil and butter into them, but little of anything else besides water for both and tea for the older one. They both slept for hours during the day and went to sleep earlier than usual. Just an hour ago, dd vomited. I put her in an epsom salt bath and then applied some essential oils to her feet. This is the first time she has ever vomited in her 8 years of life. She was very scared. Is there anything else I can do for her? If ds follows (and he had no appetite today so I am imagine he might have it tomorrow), I am worried, he is only 3 years old and he could get dehydrated easily. Thank you for any advice.
