Guest guest
I told a friend about this diet, and she slowly started to get into it by eliminating most things you said to except for some brown rice or sweet potatoe and quinoa. She also still eats sprouted seeds and nuts and sometimes breads that are sprouted. She started eating quite a bit of butter because she was feeling hungry all the time and now cooks with coconut oil (she doesnt take it by the spoonful though). She told me shes been having funny " heart pains " and she can feel her heart beating quite hard. I'm wondering is it okay to eat alot of butter/fats if your carb intake is higher like hers? Is it okay to eat lots of butter no matter what your diet is like? I worry too because I eat ALOT of butter and am not fully on the diet right now and I just wonder if butter is bad for you if you dont have the right ratios? Sorry if this seems like a silly question... I'm just worried. Thanks, Taryn
