Hi Brittany,

Yes, yes and yes! All bones and feet from any animal are fine to use for making

stock/broth. I haven't tried pork bones myself, but I remember Bee once saying

that she likes the flavour more than beef broth.

Happy broth making!

nice change from chicken stock. I know it can be done, but was wondering if Bee

gives the ok on this one:) If so, can spare rib bones be used with pig feet for

gelatin? Thanks!

+++Hi Brittany,

I prefer pork stock/broths rather than beef. Beef broth smells while it is

cooking. The fat is tallow which isn't as tasty as pork or chicken fat.

My friend had to cook her beef bones in the garage because her husband couldn't

stand the smell. lol!

I use pork hocks and feet, and take of the meat when it is cooked, and continue

cooking long enough to get a mineral-rich bone broth - see my recipe:

All the best, Bee
