Guest guest
Hi everyone, I've already started some of the new diet, but already of course, reacting badly. Please help if you've had similar reactions, or if typical: 1/tried 1/3 raw garlic. made my body 'go nuts' which is a reaction I get now, intense searing inside, hyper acidic feeling, almost itchy on the inside of my body and skin burns. For hours. I get this for lot's of foods and supplements now. I call it allergy, though I don't believe that's what it actually is, my IgE level is actually lower than it has been in years, almost normal! 2/ tried 1/4 tsp proper coconut oil. First time had instant nausea and read this happens to many people, why does it? Then after got the 'body nuts' agitation inside again. tried 1/4 tsp again, after food, and wasn't as bad, but got very intense body nuts feeling jump out of stingy internal searing skin, agitation again. Is it best to take the oil alone on empty stomach or okay with food? I do get this feeling even from non healing foods, so I'm not sure what it is exactly but it is hell on earth. 3/ why does sugar or sweet squash or too much fruit make me dizzy? and the last time I tried honey, by second day trying manuka honey, oh boy I was dizzy for 3 days straight! 4/I am taking parsley tea 4oz in the morning on empty stomach for new kidney disorder. It doesn't sit that well, some burning skin, bit agitation, and strong on my throat and gut, but is it okay in candida diet? 5/ The next thing I wanted to try to add, is clove tea. I had heard about using whole cloves, breaking them up, use about 5 and add boiling water to make a tea. is this a correct dosage/way? 6/ what do people here feel about salt water flush (2 tsp good sea salt in 4 c. water drink in a.m. on empty stomach, then go to bathroom frequently for next couple of hours, replenishing with more water. 7/ what do people here think about the liver flush? the epsom salts, then oil and lemon or grapefruit( I know, lemon is better) 8/ I think I read that green apples and grapefruit might be okay. At what point is it okay to have them? I can barely tolerate any foods, and I do add about 1/3 of those fruits to my meal for 'more' food. I do not have or have not had for years, dairy, grains, sugar, other fruits. 9/does using sea salt alone cause candida die off? Like using sea salt on my food, which I do, and even sometimes a dash in my hot water? 10/ Last one i'll ask, is do many people here have issues with itching inside the body all over difusely? moreso after eating? Is that considered a reaction, or die off or? It happens to me after eating certain things, most things, and seems esp. the antifungal foods like garlic, coconut oil, we'll see later if cloves does it too. I'll stop here b/c I remember about keeping posts short. I'll ask other questions later. Thank you all for your input, I appreciate it.
