Guest guest
How about the pork rinds that someone just mentioned (maybe in Bee's recipes group). They have a nice crunch and they're tasty to boot. Suzy > > Is there anything we can have that has crunch? > > April > > >
Guest guest
These sound great, thanks. I'll ask the recipes group as well. Guest guest
They're not easy to find. Everyone is so fat phobic, that hardly any stores carry them anymore. Guest guest
> > Is there anything we can have that has crunch? > > April +++ April - I found the longer I adhered to Bee's program, the less I felt the need for crunchy food. I attributed it to cravings (but those are just my thoughts)... Looking at the recipes Bee directed you to, I see that I did not make my zucchini chips or kale chips according to her directions but when i ate those chips, my tummy was upset so I don't even bother (tho they were very tasty!). began 03/09/
Guest guest
, Hopefully that will happen to me too and I won't need crunchy anymore. It's probably because I'm going through withdrawal. All the best, Bee
