Hi Bee,

I just read your new article. I'm avoiding all the things you listed

already, and I'm working on cleaning up the manure pile :-) For trying to

reduce some symptoms in the beginning you now recommend only a sitz bath?

Do yo think short term use of the garlic and probiotic inserts would be a

problem? Or what about using those or ACV externally? I know these don't

solve the candida problem, but at least they reduce symptoms. Thanks.

That's great you are cleaning up! lol! You go girl!

No, do not even use garlic etc. short-term! They will cause more irritation.

Instead put unrefined coconut oil up there, and apply it to the outside. Nature

knows best, so that's why my treatments are not harsh, invasive or strong.
