Guest guest
I am SOOOoooo impressed with you! I think that's just great that you have read so much around this site. It's great to come in with some knowledge -- it makes is so much easier to understand all the responses you're going to get! Well, I don't drink the apple juice and I don't take any stone- breaking herbs and I swallow 16 ounces of olive oil and 1 cup of lemon juice in my cleanse (after two doses of Epsom salts). And I have a great cleanse. I get a lot of stones out, and have a fairly quick recovery -- though I don't have that burst of energy some people report. My husband does drink the apple juice. And I think he only takes one dose of Epsom salts. Then over the course of an hour he drinks 1 cup of olive oil mixed with one cup of grapefruit juice. And his cleanse is pretty good, too. I haven't done a cleanse in a while because I'm having a lot of luck with taking magnesium supplements, vitamin C, and flax oil and fish oil capsules before bed every night. I don't check to see if I'm passing stones, but I'm not having any pain or discomfort, so I'm happy with the results. I think you have to judge from the state of your own health and what you know you can tolerate. I'm the type to dive right in, so I didn't mess with apple juice or any of that -- and my body is used to me being like that. Other people could not get away with that and I would never try to convince them that they should. I hope you work out what your body needs you to do and have a great cleanse. Guest guest
Hi cuseology and Welcome, At your age you need your Dr. to test your Estradiol levels get a Quest labs Estradiol sensitive test #4021 if your levels are over 30 pg/ml best at 20 then this can be why your levels are low. But your dam low and free is only about 1 to 2% of your Total so your Dr. forgot his math 2% or your Total T is not much if your Total T was say 700 this would be a good number for Free T. You do need to get checked over real good to see if something is wrong that might have lowered you T levels before going on TRT. TRT is for life I must tell you if your add Testosterone meds to your blood it's very hard to tell why your low. If your Dr. tells you he is sending you to see an Endo don't go for it they are not good Dr.'s for low T and many family Dr.'s don't know this. If your Dr. dose not know how to test and treat you see if he will work with Dr. over the phone to do this. Or drive or fly out and see him at www.allthingsmale.com One big problem us men have is the Dr. finding a good one is very hard. Here are some links about this you can read learn about this so when you see your Dr. or a new one you will be able to tell if he is anygood. http://www.griffinmedical.com/male_hormone_modulation_therapy.html http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=450553 In the following link it talks about how high Estradiol can lower a mans T levels. http://jcem.endojournals.org/cgi/content/full/89/3/1174 Co-Moderator Phil > From: cuseology <no_reply > > Subject: New - with questions > > Date: Monday, June 21, 2010, 9:38 PM > I am 58 years old and just got the > lab results on my testosterone levels.
