Guest guest
Hi Tina, I have my 6 year old son Bee's diet. I'm not sure if you've read this article, but it explains dosages for children. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/baby.php My son has been on Bee's diet since he was 3.5 years old. I think it's wise to tell you that it might not be likely your daughter will be fully healed in just 7 months. For some reason, the 'one month for every year' of healing does not work on children. I think it's too much to expect their little bodies to heal in such a short amount of time. I will tell you, though, that my son is doing wonderfully on the program. He feels better and is quite happy to eat his 'special food.' When dealing with children, I think it's very important to 'frame' this diet as a something very positive for them so that they will comply with it. For example, my son was very competitive when he was younger, so we used to tell him that his special diet would make him the strongest and fastest running boy in his daycare. He loved it! I know girls may be a little different, so you might have to focus on other things for her so that she feels like these are positive changes and that she's not 'being forced' to eat 'yucky foods.' Involving her in food prep might be something she will enjoy doing with you. I do this with my son and tell him that this is going to be the 'BEST meal ever' because he helped me. I find it really helpful and positive. Another thing that some parents do during 'food holidays' like Halloween is to trade the candy for a little toy that their child might like. Another idea is having a sticker chart with a reward at the end of the week of healthy eating. It's never too early to start your daughter on a healthy living program and to teach her how to properly feed her body. All the best, Group Moderator > > Hi, > I was just hoping to get pointed to where I can see how much to give regarding all supplements for a 7 year old child. > I could probably cut everything in thirds and be about spot on, but I want good advice before I really start giving my child the max to heal her too. > So far I'm giving her coconut oil 1/2 tsp 3x a day. > about 1/4 tsp celtic salt > cut out fruits mostly > epsom salt baths with me almost daily > > I want her to be healed as well. Give her the best chance, in 7 months then, she should be healed on this diet! > She's certainly not sick like me, but definitely needs a bit of improving I think health wise. > > Thanks, > Tina >
