Guest guest
Fatigue, Tiredness, and Exhaustion You can get fatigued, tired or exhausted when your body gets the nutrients it needs because they increase your body's ability to detoxify itself. It can feel similar to low blood sugar problems (hypoglycemia), however they are not the same thing. That is why some people believe they have low blood sugar when they don't. Some kinds of toxins being released create more severe detoxifying reactions than others. For example, anesthetics, antidepressants, drugs, and other similar poisons being released definitely cause fatigue, along with other symptoms, i.e. brain fog, dizziness, lack of concentration and the ability to think, increased heart rate, sweating, and urination, etc. Alcohol being released also causes hangover symptoms. When your body is working hard to heal and detoxify itself it uses up a lot of resources and energy so it is important to get enough rest, eat enough food, and not exercise too much. Also if you've experienced fatigue in the past your body will be retracing those episodes while it is healing itself as explained in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php The best in health, Bee
