Hi ,

Sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well. Have you

tried Olive Leaf? It is antibacterial and antiviral.

I've had good results with it. Oregacyn is another

product that I have used. It's kills bacteria, viral

infections, fungus and yeast in the lungs. It is

rather potent, so I take it with food and digestive

enzymes.

Hope you feel better.

Hi Betty,

I never get the flu shot. Tell me about this B strain and what do I do? I

feel really awful.

That scares me...I had the worst stomach pains last night, I could hardly

bare it. Then the worst montezuma's revenge. I wonder if I have two ailements,

not just one. Isn't the flu just respiratory? I seem to have the flu and

then food poisoning or something similiar. I have barely eaten anything and

when

I do I pay for it. This has been going on for days. I will phone the

doctor's office today as they may want to do a chest x-ray.

I hate being sick.

Any suggestions? I tried influenzium, occilloccinum, homeopathic cough

syrup, echinacea, elderberry and wolfberry to no avail.

Help.

dear shelley

only the sick know the extent of the pain. but trust me, i empathasize. i

had bronchitis ten years ago, and that is what has brought me to my no cold

protocol, as a senior citizen. i exercise for an hour in below freezing

weather, yet never get a cold. so yes, i do have some suggestions, but sad to

say, its probably too late, as most of my program is directed at aggressive

prevention of dis ease and sickness, rather than its much more costly and

painful treatment.

the centerpiece of my upper respiratory health program is an ultra sonic

humidifier, loaded with collodial silver.

i know, we just went out into the twilight zone. i cannot say for sure if cs

even works. i just know i use it every night, and never ever get a cold. i get

the beginning of one, but it never develops.

i also use a nasal irrigator, if the humidifier doesn't snuff out the

incipient infections, pun intended.

someone mentioned you sound as if you have the flu, so all of this may be of

little value, but the coughing, with rattle, can be very problematic. the

difficulty centers around accessing the target area with a direct means of

application of medication...ie, your lungs. how do you get medication to your

lungs? well, imagine breathing in, very deeply, very powerfully, for a long

period, a fine mist, in which is suspended the same material all doctor's use

when a baby is first born, to prevent any possibility of blindness by

correlative infection: a silver based solution.

so if your lungs are infected, and coated with viral or bacterial microbes,

imagine spraying them with disinfectant. see the power of this protocol? and

since all colds start in the sinus passages, transmitted to the eyes, ears, or

nose, by our hands, then that is the first place to attack, using a nasal

irrigator, and a saline and xylitol solution. you can make one out of a plastic

ketchup squirt bottle, so don't let the name intimidate you.

another trick used in russia is to peel one clove of garlic, and insert it

behind your jaw bone, before you go to bed. you will salivated a mild garlic

solution all night long, down your throat, and hopefully it will drain, as

mucous does, onto your lung tissue, where the so called russian penicilin, one

of the most powerful anti virals know to man, can do its work.

you might also consider another old wive's remedy, which i have used before

with good success. take two or three shots of your favorite alcoholic beverage

before retiring, pile on several blankets, or use an electric blanket, and sweat

it out.

hippocrates said, show me how to induce an artificial fever, and i will show

you how to cure any disease. taking that with a grain of salt, you can see how

the principle applies. bad bugs live in a very narrow temperature range, so you

having a fever is in your favor, and if it were me, i would try and encourage

that natural healing process, by the above procedure.

i strongly second the opinion about using oil of oregano capsules, and olive

leaf, two proven anti virals with good science behind them.

i doub you have access to an infra red portable sauna, but that also is a

powerful healing tool, for the same reasons as metioned above, artifical

inducement of fever.

anything you can do to pump up your immune system is a plus. i take lacto

ferrin, miatake and shiatake mushrooms, colostrum, and especially beta glucans,

for the above.

if you can make onion juice, that's great, and taking garlic gelcaps by the

handful might not hurt. as for the diarhehea, eat lots of cheese to bind you,

and bananas are proven to contain a chemical that kills bad stomach bacteria.

as i said, its probably too late for you to implement much of this, but since

it costs nothing, i will now think some very healing thoughts, and send them

your way, visualizing your body as totally healed and fully recovered. smiles.

best to all

dear shelley

one other thing

sleep as close to sitting up as possible

ie, use many pillows

this will assist gravity in draining your sinus passages, and possibly help you

sleep better.

also, coughing is an attempt by lungs to dislodge impacted matter, which in many

homes, sadly can consist of mold, mildew, airborne particles, all which irritate

an already bad cough. so try to maintain good ventilation, especially in your

sleep area, preferably with a constant exchange of oxygen, and use air filters,

or air filters. dry air is especially aggravating. i sleep with a humidifer on

all night long, when its cold and dry outside. i now see you in my mind, as

well, and smiling.

take care

Hello Bee,

I am very sick with a sinus infection. It's been 5 days now. Half of my face is

swollen up, and my lymph glands/tonsil. My lower jaw, teeth, and tongue are in

extreme pain. My ear is also sore and my throat is raw. I have completely lost

my voice as of yesterday. This morning my eyes were stuck shut and gunky. I have

had many sinus infections in the past but nothing remotely compares to this one.

I believe I retraced one last month that lasted a day or two and was gone. This

started with a cold and is getting worse. I don't know what to do. I am

terrified of taking antibiotics. I broke down and started to take ibuprofin for

pain because I can't stand it and cannot sleep or have anything touch my face.

White Willow Bark doesn't even touch it. I have been doing snizzle treatments

probably every few hours. Got a bad nose bleed once. I am doing hot compresses,

ascorbic acid nose drops, and have done a lesser version of the vit c regimen

totaling about 8000mg a day. I am also drinking the garlic tea with two cloves

of garlic, sea salt and 2 tbs chicken fat. I am not straining the garlic out but

drinking them down crushed. I feel like I am loosing this battle. Any advice

etc.? Been on the diet since June 2009. I really want to win this because

everyone else in my family with this has gone to the doc and are on antibioics

already. I did go to the doc today and got some too but really don't want to

take them.I feel like my efforts to heal will be in vain. Help?
