Guest guest
I had started an alkaline drink already just before finding Bee in past 2 weeks. I started using 1/4 tsp of Pro C ascorbate, with tiny bit lime or lemon, and a pinch sea salt. But what do you think Bee of this supplement? I hate to waste it and throw it away, esp since it really does not upset or burn my gut. http://www.healthremedies.com/pro_c_ascorbate_professional_health_products.html

It contains calcium, magnesium, potassium, along with a few minerals your body only requires in trace amounts. If it take it, it will throw off your mineral balances, so you'll get too much of the macrominerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium along with the cal/mag supplements I recommend, and also too high of amounts of trace minerals which also throws off minerals balances. All the best, Bee >
