I believe it's possible to feel a stone passage but most of us don't or can't.

Let

us know what happens. I think you've got the main idea, enemas, apple juice

and especially epsom salts right now.

Don't forget the castor oil packs (powerful!), breathing exercises, stess

management, emotional balancing, movement like walking, drinking lots of

water, fasting and massage. Most of the Chinese herb products we've

discussed relax the sphincters and spasms so anything that wants to pass

can do so.

Repeat your cleansing flush in another month or two. Even if you didn't pass

stones, it was probably very helpful to the liver and biliary tract. I don't

think

there is such a thing as failure when it comes to flushing.

Thanks Will,

I had forgotten about the castor oil packs, thats next. The reason I said

'failed' the day I started, a crown broke had the tooth pulled, a few pain meds

to get me through the evening, I should have waited another day on the cleanse.

Previous cleanses were more, er, liberating:).
