Guest guest
Hi Bee I've been reading about " rancid " for over a year and know it's 'bad' but as I was trying to explain your program to my 24-yo son and his bride, I found myself tongue-tied on the topic of 'rancid'. He described it as meat gone nasty in an ice chest. I found one of your articles that described it as " become decomposed " but I didn't quite like that description as, to me, that sounds similar to aiding digestion (as in marinading meats to begin digestion?) which I thought to be a good thing... another article describes it as 'smells and tastes bad " . I'm sure there is more to rancid than just a bad smell and taste. What do rancid fats do to our bodies? Or can you direct me to an article that describes it better? I've looked thru the articles and just don't seem to find what I'm looking for. Thanks so much for all you do for us!!! began 03/09/
