Guest guest
Hi. My friend is having pain and the docs are trying to remove her gall bladder. They can't see any stones, but they did say it's not functioning. I am trying to help here save her gb and I already told her about the flushing (just in case she has stones or sludge that can't be seen on a sonogram). I have two questions: 1. I read that eating apples can disolve stones/sludge. I think it's the pectin or malic acid that does this. Either way, has anyone had luck with this? 2. Has anyone had luck with exercise or weight loss to get the gb functioning again? I'm wondering if extra weight can squeeze the gb and prevent it from contracting. Also, excess weight can increase estrogen which also slows down gb contractions. I've never heard of an athlete with gall stones, so I'm wondering if exercise or being active, or just losing weight can help. Please let me know if anyone has had success with either of these... or with any other method. Thanks... Randi
