Guest guest
> > Hi Bee and group, > > Hope all is well. > > I know that I have complained about this before but I still have the extreme heavy legs. It happens the most in the morning after I have egg shake with the highest fat intake for the day. When I leave the house to take subway, I feel ok but once I get to my arrival station and have to walk up the stairs...I'm a mess (heart racing and legs weigh a ton). The weird thing is as I keep walking it goes away but then shortly after it returns. I have been doing weekly coffee enemas, oil pulling, dry brushing and epsom baths. I am also extremely tired but wired at the same time and obsessive compulsive. My mouth has been getting really dry lately and even have trouble speaking sometimes. I will slur my words a bit. I am still also getting cold sensation in knees and legs after eating. > > Do you have any thoughts on this? +++Hi Jess, Your symptoms are nothing to be concerned about since they can happen at any time while you are healing. First, you should try to spread out taking your fats between 3 meals per day if possible, and not try to take too many of them in the morning. You could lower your fat intake in the morning and increase them for the other 2 meals. Fats help your body detoxify better, which can make you feel more stressed so your body runs on its fight/flight nervous system. Also getting a dry mouth, feeling wired and becoming compulsive, feeling cold in some areas, etc. is also caused by toxins and detoxification, so body starts running on its fight/flight nervous system. So when you get those symptoms, at home or on the subway, in order to switch your body off of its fight/flight nervous system, do deep breathing exercises, and be sure to do a few before you get off the subway - here's how to do them: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/breath4.php All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Thank you Bee. I hope I finally feel balanced one day. I get so depressed and don't want to speak to anyone. I pray one day I can move on with my life. Everything overwhelms scares me.... Thanks again, Jess On Thu, Apr 14, 2011 at 12:23 PM, Bee <beeisbuzzing2003@...> wrote: > +++Hi Jess, > > Your symptoms are nothing to be concerned about since they can happen at > any time while you are healing. > > First, you should try to spread out taking your fats between 3 meals per > day if possible, and not try to take too many of them in the morning.
