Guest guest
Thanks so much Bee. I will try all. I have been doing skin brushing for a couple of weeks now. I use the 'verbose brushing' technique. Do you approve of that? Re exercise. I have been doing a special back pain yoga, which I will stop for now. With this yoga it is also recommended that I lie on the ground twice a day just breathing, similar to cranial osteopathy I did some years ago. Is that ok? Also, I walked a lot yesterday, every second day resulting in great pain. Should stop that too I guess. One last thing, I've had diarrhea for a week now; I just started on my vitamins. Forgot your instructions and took 3gms for the first few days and have only taken 1gm for the last two days. Is this why I have it and should it stop now? Thanks again. You reply to so many people. It's amazing. ________________________________ From: Bee <beeisbuzzing2003@...> > > I've had FB (fibromyalgia) for some years now, but not like this. I read that >it can get worse in general, but with this new diet I didn't expect it to get so >bad. My neck and shoulders ache also, and my hand and knee joints. I have been >doing gentle back yoga exercise. I do feel the strain at times, which is >painful and have cut back to minimum exercise and I do floor breathing exercise >and relaxation tapes at night. No regular sleep even if I try to go to bed at >10pm (unheard of for me). > > Is this because of the diet? How long will it last, a rough guess? +++Yes, it is because this program helps your body detoxify and heal itself, and so symptoms do get worse before they get better. You can be thankful your body is retracing like it should because you know the program is working, and you ARE progressing towards health and not towards disease as this article explains: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php +++It takes 1 month of natural healing for every year you've been unhealthy or had a certain kind of health issue, like fibromyalgia. That's like my brother who had diarrhea (Crohn's Disease) for 20 years and it didn't stop until his body had completely retraced it, which took him 20 months on my program. Is there anything natural I can take for the pain? Turmeric? A reminder, I am 51 and going through menopause. I need to get better as I have to move to Brussels soon (May), on my own, to find job. I know this is causing stress but I have no choice. I am really tired as well. Should I give in to strong painkiller or an injection? I know this is my choice in the end, but if there is help, I would appreciate. Main thing is does the FB get worse. Any one out there been through this. Hate to be dramatic, but I feel like I'm dying here! > > The annoying thing is I believe in this diet and my stomach is much better and >I have lost those annoying extra middle aged lbs. Help!!! +++Your FB probably won't get any worse than it is not. +++The best help is to assist your body's effort to detoxify itself, without interfering with the nutrients (diet plus supplements), so taking something like turmeric isn't good. Since you are having such a rough time do my 9-Day Program which is the best way to help detoxification: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php After that do coffee enemas: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/enema1.php You shouldn't do any exercising for now, since it mobilizes toxins making your symptoms worse. Instead just do the Dry Skin Brushing as instructed on my 9-Day Program. Also take Epsom salt baths once a day about 1/2 hour before bed time. Also read this article How to Detoxify Effectively: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/detox.php For the pain take white willow bark capsules. You can buy them at the health store or online, and taken them according to the label. Also you can alleviate muscle pain by rubbing this mixture into the muscles that feel the worst: Oil of Oregano mixed 50/50 with olive oil. Be sure not to get it into your eyes. You can apply heat too, which helps alleviate pain. I hope that helps. Bee
