Guest guest
Well, the doctor didn't do the sealants. He made it through the cleaning pretty good. They have the polishing thingy, and the dentist had to do 's fingernail about 3 times to show it didn't hurt, but he was pretty good about it. I have to make another appointment for the sealant because the dentist said it requires a pretty high level of cooperation. Today, they both have doctor's appointments. It's an intake because their pediatrician left and this is a new doctor. They both need blood drawn, for lead and for lead and to make sure his meds aren't causing any damage. HATES having his blood drawn, and isn't real fond of it either. So, another prayer request..... Guest guest
Thanks. just thinks his brother is getting stuck....I haven't told him he will too. He doesn't anticipate things like that very well. At least DH is getting off work to go with me. Guest guest
Joe has had hers done several times and gets better each time. She is 7 now. hang in there. Teeth cleaning Well we are off to Ethan's very first cleaning. I am really nervous about how he will do, and what the dr will say. He usually doesn't see children until they are 3 but he had briefly seen Ethan one other time because of grinding and said he should have them cleaned sooner. I will update all of you when we are all done. Please Dear Lord let Ethan not be scared. Heart Hugs, Debi
Guest guest
Hello Hope the teeth cleaning went well! Now I am concerned because austin has been to the dentist 4 times now, ( he is 5) and has not had a cleaning, just check ups and fluoride treatment. He grinds his teeth bad. should i insist on a cleaning???? thanks, Kelli >From: " Joe N Debi Ries " <jndries@...> > " Downs-Heart " <Downs-Heart >, " downsyndrome " ><downsyndrome >, " down_syndrome " ><down_syndrome >, " " >< >, " DownSyndromeParents " ><DownSyndromeParents > >Subject: Teeth cleaning >Date: Tue, 6 Feb 2001 10:36:44 -0800 > >Well we are off to Ethan's very first cleaning. Guest guest
Tomorrow I have an appt with the dentist. It is my first visit and they want to do x-rays in a series of visits before they clean my teeth. Are x-rays necessary to clean my teeth? Can I get them cleaned without doing them? thanks, Heidi from Iowa
