So I am now 3 months on the program. I have had a difficult past couple weeks

and I am curious thoughts on the symptoms I am having if they relate to healing

aspects or not. After having some progress after the first intitial healing

symptoms, I slid back. My back/neck constantly crack with movement and are

soar, my eyes dark circles have become more pronounced, and my hair loss

continues. After reading some health articles, I now am curious if at any rate

glutamate would have on my body. Obviously being completely on the program, I

now ingest little if any types of msg, but there is naturally forming glutamate

in yeast flakes, long cooking (possibly my veggies?) and possibly supplements.

Understanding that natural glutamate is not determental to one's health but an

over abundance can cause problems, especially when msg is included in one's

diet...which for a long time I was on the western diet and I am sure had a ton

of msg. One thing that caught my attention was after completing enemas my aches

go away as I do my dark eye cirlces for a short period of time and I have read

there are glutamate receptors in the intestenal track. So of course I am

sticking with the diet but I was taking more than the recommended yeast flakes

dosage by bee and I have now stopped that. I have noticed a small difference. I

now debate if the Now B-50 would be better suited for me than the yeast flakes?

Any other recommendations or words of confidence would be appreciated

casey
