Hi Bee,

I'm feeling great and sailing right along with no complaints.(been on the diet

for 6 mos.) My hideous rosacea on my chest that started at the beginning of Dec.

and has been so painful is finally settling down.

The one thing that I have lived with for a very long time is my right hand going

numb. At night it goes up into my arm. I would say that while I sleep I have

almost no feeling in my right arm or hand. Sometimes during the day I can feel

some of this in my left hand.

Do you think this is something that will improve? Or is this a nerve thing that

probably won't repair? Or is there something I could be doing to help the

circulation?

As always, thanks for your help!

Debbie

Hi Debbie,

this is Angie and I just wanted to let you know that I had that same thing with

my right hand and arm and would sometimes feel it in my left hand. It's about

gone now, only when I eat carbs does it come back at times.

Just stay on the diet and it will go away in time. I just had my 2yr

anniversary.
