retracing. And I haven't been on the program long enough really. I only just

got back on it. I'm wondering if everything that I have been going through the

past 8 months has just caused stress to the area and perhaps I have developed

bladder stones or kidney stones??? I know they can cause blood in the urine

however the only physical symptom that I have is a swelling sensation in my

pelvic region which I guess is where the bladder is. Ever heard of anything like

this before???

+++Hi Sara,

How much blood is in your urine? Is it a tiny bit (scant) that only show up on

the toilet paper, or does it show up on the toilet water?

The bladder doesn't create stones, however it can have cysts and be injured,

which can occur during sex.

Years before I found out I had candida, a cyst in my bladder broke so the urine

was totally red. I went to Emergency but they did nothing for it since it

stopped bleeding. I've never had another one.

Cysts, like any other abnormal eruptions inside or outside the body, are caused

by toxins coming out.

The kidneys can create stones, however IF you had one you'd be doubled up in

severe pain, that women describe as worse than child birth. Your kidneys are on

your back just above your waist, so look up images on the internet to see where

they are located to confirm whether you have pains in that area.

All the best, Bee

Hey there Bee...

It was only seen in the test. I didn't see it myself and I would not have known

it was there if I had not had a urine test. Although sometimes it does have

what they describe as a " cola " color to it. Which is a sign of blood. Which I

did not know.

I am not sexually active so I know it's not from that.

The bladder doesn't create stones??? Then what are bladder stones???

Speaking of toxins... one of the symptoms I have is cloudy urine and sometimes I

see little particles of something floating around in there. Would that be

toxins???

I do not have any pain anywhere. It's simply just a swelling sensation in my

lower pelvic area. Some days it feels worse than others. Like yesterday it

felt pretty swollen. Today, not so much. And it's been that way for about 4 to

6 weeks. I always thought the swelling feeling was related to the vaginal

issues I was having cause I have never had urinary tract problems. Otherwise I

would have sought out treatment to find out what was going on. And when I

noticed the cloudy urine, I just assumed it was from change in diet and adding

in new supplements and minerals. But it doesn't explain the swelling sensation.

Or maybe it does??? Either way, I'm sick of seeing doctors.

On a side note, I have a small polyp in my uterus but I don't think that that

would cause blood to be in my urine.

+++Hi Sara. Sorry, yes the bladder can create stones, but approximately 95% of

all bladder stones occur in men. Bladder stones are much less common than kidney

stones. Bladder stones may occur when urine in the bladder is concentrated and

minerals are crystallize which forms stones, like they do in the kidneys. So

all stones the body creates are caused by a lack of, or imbalance of minerals.

++In order for minerals to be absorbed and utilized the correct combination of

fats and oils I recommend, including cod liver oil (for omega 3, and vitamins A

& D), vitamin E, saturated fats like unrefined coconut oil, butter, etc. are

needed. Of course, as I always write all of the nutrients work together, so you

must be getting protein, vitamins and other minerals too.

++Since you recently got back on my program it is too soon to be able to advise

you about possible bladder stones. If you were on the program long enough your

body would not form any stones, because this program provides all of nutrients

needed, along with minerals, which balances them out.

+++No, because you've had cola-colored urine, which confirms the lab results.

+++My advice is to follow this program carefully, ensuring you are taking 1.5

teaspoons of ocean sea salt per day, along with the recommended supplements and

diet, so your body can balance out it mineral levels properly.

All the best, Bee
