Hello, I am a newbie. I have just discover this web site a couple of days ago

and I have been reading and learning a lot. I'm 50 and it looks like I will be

on this lifestyle change for 4+ years. :-) I was looking through the site and I

couldn't seem to find anything on exercise. I was thinking of doing some walking

and pilates. Secondly, I'm not much of a math whiz here. How do I figure out my

portions for my body. I am 5'7 " . My last question is regarding transition. How

do, or better, what do I transition to when my body is done healing? Thank you

so much!
