Need some help very new..

Hello everyone - this is my first posting.. and I am asking for some

assistance in finding the best possible cleanse to do for my first

cleanse.

I found out I had gallstones when I had an attack on Nov. 17th.. and

went to the emergency room - and they diagnosed me and told me I'd need

surgery etc.. and that is about it, and they sent me on my way.

Met with a surgeon had a date set.. and decided against it at the

moment - My chiropractor advised me at looking at alternatives first

before removing my gallbladder - saying surgery should be a last resort

which I believe -

Since I've been diagnosed I have had at least 20 + attacks - ranging

from 1 hr to 36 hours of pain but I have not had one in over 1 1/2

months .. thank god. Eating better and not straying... Good ol' Subway

and Red Lobster

But I am wanting to do my first cleanse and my girlfriend and family

want me to do one soon - cause I haven't had an attack in 1 1/2 months

like stated but the last 2-3 weeks during the day I'll feel this semi

queasy feeling in my chest .. and by my gallbladder, not like pain but

just a weird feeling - and they want me to just quit procrastinating

and do the flush - now I was gonna do one like 1 month ago but my band

got some other shows booked etc.. and with work - I could only do a

flush on the weekend and alot of our shows were on the weekend.. so ..

now this next week I'll have a free weekend and want to know the best

way to do it.

I have read alot into these and heard the ones with Epson Salt work

best cause it opens up the Bile Duct to help with a lesser chance of

the larger stones getting stuck - and drinking alot of Organic Apple

Juice a few days prior to the flush - and olive oil and lemon juice the

night of the flush etc.. but i dont' have a set outline to do -

Can some of you who had results for your first flush - and others

please advise me of the best and most efficient flush to do for my

first.

Any help would be greatly appreciated -
