Pleas describe a gall bladder attack? This may sound crazy but I do not know what I am experiencing. Glenny ----- Original Message ----- From: Beth Baugh gallstones Sent: Thursday, April 01, 2004 3:15 PM Subject: Help - gallbladder inflammed for two weeks now! Hello everyone! Please help me if you can. My gallbladder has been inflamed for over two weeks now. I have found that the olive oil flushing no longer can work for me because it just increases the inflammation. My doctor is alarmed at me for not having it removed. He says it can burst or turn gangrene. I have to admit I am frightened by those words, yet I have read so many horror stories of the results of gb removal. Does anyone know how I can save my gb at this point? Am I beyond the point of no return? I have cut out all sugar and eat very little to no meat. Actually, I have increased nausea so I am eating very little of anything! I am trying to eat a lot of pineapple (fresh) as well as lots of Aloe Vera Juice, both are supposed to be could for inflammation. And I am taking probiotics and other supplements (when I am not too nauseated!) Last night my gb swoll up and is still like that today. But the burning sensation is beginning to diminish since I started the pineapple and aloe. I am drinking as much water as I can get down. I was taking cayenne tincture but quit yesterday wondering if this might be aggravating my problem. My attacks come more often and more easily now. It only takes a bite of something too spicey and I will be down the next day with an attack. This usually occurs where I have an occasion to eat in a restaurant or in someone else's home where I have no control over the cooking. I have been wearing castor oil packs daily and find if I don't wear them now, I am worse off. But even with the packs, I am in pain on my right with nausea, dizziness, and feelings of fainting at times. I cannot sleep on my left side or my back because of the swelling. I have even developed something called bacterial arthritis in my left shoulder. I read that this can result from inflammation of the gallbladder, lungs or kidneys. Sounds like a lot bacteria floating around in my body! I am really afraid that my gb will burst. Has anyone saved their gb from a condition such as mine? If so, please tell me what you did! BTW, I am planning to use a clay poultice in my gb tonight. I am just hoping that this will draw out some of the inflammation and restore me to some better health. If this isn't a good idea, please tell me. thanks to everyone, Dewyeyes --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
