HBOT court victory

Dear all,

Last Tuesday, we learned that North Carolina decided not to appeal our favorable

Superior Court decision issued in late January. Medicaid will be covering the

prescribed HBOT for all three of our autistic children. They will be

facilitating the enrllment of a provider, so that we can begin treatments as

soon as possible.

This is a huge obstacle that has been overcome for our family after three years

of advocating for the needs of our children. I don't believe we would've been

successful at presenting the truth about HBOT ameliorating the symptoms of

autism for our children without the expert testimony of Dr. Harch on the subject

in colaboration with our pediatric neurologist and prescribing physician Dr.

Corbier.

I hope that this will encourage those of you who have Medicaid to submit those

EPSDT requests in your own states to receive the help that your children need.

If a blind mother of three autistic children can represent herself in court,

then you can do it too. Get out there and advocate for your children's needs

whether it is HBOT or some other treatment or therapy.

P.S. We hae also just been successful in getting EPSDT approval for neuro

feedback therapy.
