Guest guest
I was hoping someone could give me some advice. I am considering doing a liver/gallbladder flush. I have never had an " attack " so to speak, but I have eaten a very high cholesterol diet for years. (I'm 34.) I am considerablly overweight and looking to get healthy. I have begun to cleanse my intestines/colon recently and am considering doing the liver flush as well. Given my diet and lethargic life style over the past few years, I can picture rocks the size of my fist stuck all over my liver and gall bladder! I guess I'm just worried I'll do it and get an attack while the fist-sized rocks make their way out! Should I go for it? I'd appreciate any feedback anyone has to offer. Guest guest
Vince, Have you ever tried the Epsom salt tablets? Do they work as well? Carla -----Original Message----- From: gallstones [mailto:gallstones ] On Behalf Of Vince Richter Sent: Friday, March 24, 2006 7:34 PM gallstones Subject: Re: Liver flush question Hi Amber, I have done all of my flushes according to the Hulda recipe. That flush takes one or two days according to how you count it. There is only one day of relative restricted activity: the day after the flush. The day of the flush I go to work as usual and just don't eat any protien or fat. I don't eat anything after noon. I don't drink any water after 2:00 pm. I drink the epsoms (mixed with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice instead of water) and olive oil mixed with fresh sqeezed grapefruit juice according to her schedule. The flush works better if you kill parasites and clean out the bowels good a day or two before the flush. You can do this every two weeks, but it's not recommended to do them more often. Some people do another dose of oil and juice the morning after the flush to double whammy the stones and seem to get more out. Guest guest
Hi Carla, I've never tried the tablets. I can't say if they would work as well or not. The dissolving action would be different in your stomach than it would be in a jar with you stirring it. As long as it dissolved quickly and mixed completely it would be ok. Maybe someone else has experience and can chime in. Best Regards, Vince > > > > Ok, I'm just finishing day 7 of a 9 day gallbladder flush for my first > > > ever attack. Guest guest
Thanks for all of your great information. I did the flush and was very successful. However, the salt/grapefruit juice was hard for me to get down. Guest guest
Hi Carla, I'm very glad for your sucessful flush. Some have resorted to drinking the concoctions with a straw to bypass the taste buds. Best Regards, Vince > > Thanks for all of your great information. I did the flush and was very > successful.
