Guest guest
Hi Leah, Sorry to hear about your problems. Bowel and liver problems are definitly connected and you have to deal with both to deal with either. You have to get your bowels moving to get the liver to work better, and you have to get your liver working better to produce better bile to help your bowels move. Here's my 2 cents worth: Take something more natural than exlax like cascara sagrada, super dieters tea, and/or flax seed oil. Drink plenty of water (one oz per pound of body weight) each day. This will help your bowels move. Getting your bowels cleaned out should be your top priority. Take lecithin every day to thin and improve your bile. If you can handle any oil right now, take a good oil like extra virgin olive oil, borage oil, Udo's choice etc each day to dump more quality bile into your intestines. Bile is a natural laxative, and every time it dumps into your intestine it carries some toxins with it to get rid of them. Trouble is, if your bowel is clogged, your toxins recirculate through your body to find either another way out or another place to get stored. That's a start, eh? Hope you feel much better soon Vince > Hi all-- > > I am still working on the flush, but have been having a lot of problems > (since before the flush) with digesting food and 'voiding.'
