You are entirely too generous helping everyone on this forum for you to spend

10 seconds, much less 30 minutes searching the archives for something someone

can find themselves.

Go sit under a tree in the Minnesota sun (while its not covered in snow) and

do some breathing and relaxation exercises.....and let's save your efforts for

the " skilled heavy lifting " , ie decyphering medical and chemical mumbo-jumbo

and other entertaining research projects.
