My success formula.....wrong food + no exercise + anger = gallstones!!!!

What I did first after getting out of the hospital was scary. I had about 1=

0

attacks, 3 of which, when I cured them with epsom salts produced hundreds =

of stones passed. Scary.

During this critical period, I lived on a quart of raw organic apple juice =

a day,

herbal tea, cooked free-range chicken, basmati rice and yogurt. I slowly

worked into my " radical " current diet (which I posted here) a week or so ag=

o).

As I said then, when I got stones, my body was CHOLESTEROL STARVED

therefore I now eat plenty of fresh, non-oxidized cholesterol every day (ra=

w

butter, farm eggs, liver, grass-fed meat). I THOUGHT I was eating a good

diet but I wasn't! Therefore, I also radically reduced carbohydrates,

especially bread, sweets, and pastries, all deep fried foods, almost all

processed foods, bad restaurant food, processed foods, and other junk. (see=

previous posts). When I eat desserts, which I do, they are home-made, or

good chocolate! I was also off alcohol for 5 years when I got sick. Now I d=

rink

a bit of red wine every day with dinner (this is NOT for everyone due to

addiction possibilities! Same with chocolate!). Only people who eat the cur=

rent

crappy trans-fat, super- sugary, processed American diet get gallstones!!=

!

I take supplements every day including 4 types of enzymes, GB6 or Stone

Free, occasional acidophilus, Ester C, cod liver oil, flaxseed oil, CoQ-10,=

and

other various things including many strong herbs and spices. (see previous =

posts). I will probably take these supplements for life as they help preve=

nt

and cure almost all chronic degenerative disease.

THE OTHER MAIN REASON I WENT DOWN: I realized while recuperating

that ANGER is not really good for me nor is a natural prediliction for an

airborne Aquarian such as myself. Starting in 2000, there was an explosion =

of

political things that upset me to the core. I started working myself int=

o a

bilious mess, reading way too many angry websites and angry magazines

about the mess our country is in. The invasion was one of many things that =

really set me off.

I think I created my illness by a combination of eating too much bad food, =

and

toxic, angry, negative thinking. My illness was definitely SELF-CREATED. =

I

was also gaining some weight (also unlike me) and was spending my day on

the computer, on my ass, and had gotten really out of shape. No wonder

SLUDGE was forming inside me!!!! I'm lucky it wasn't cancer, heart disese o=

r

diabetes!

After the first 3 months of monk-like spartan eating, gradual exercise, and=

mental-emotional control, I branched out into my current diet and lifestyl=

e.

Here's one thing I posted back in June about my M.O. for an attack should

one occur:

I've absolutely had the recurrent, fairly mild, but alarming colic episodes=

recently as a couple of weeks ago. Mine usually occur after a meal too and

the first tip-off for me is that I start burping about 100-200 times. I

diagnose this to be the fact that I am still " skimming " the edge of somethi=

ng

serious but I also realize that I am getting out of the woods, it never goe=

s

full-blown. I also have my tools that I have learned here. The results of m=

y

daily behavior will determine which way I'll end up, I feel my condition co=

uld

go either way. As I said, these red spots on my face tell the truth. (I get=

dry

scaly red skin on the cheeks, forehead between the eyebrows, and upper lip)=

(also TONGUE DIAGNOSIS doesn't lie and reveals the extent of your

" cure " ---monitor your tongue color, shape, coating and ambiance). I've stil=

l

got some brownish-yellow on the back of my tongue, otherwise it is healthy

and clean.

AVERSION TECHNIQUES FOR AN ATTACK:

--- CASTOR OIL HOT PACKS over the liver for 30 minutes now and every

night until the colic goes away. Keep that heating pad out in case it comes=

back. I can't stress enough how POWERFUL this Edgar Cayce technique is.

---ALSO, begin popping a bunch of DIGESTIVE ENZYME CAPS (30-40

capsules over 1-2 hours) and a couple

of ACIDOPHILUS capsules at the first sign of colic. Repeat as needed

Works every time for me

--- Unless you are prepped for a marathon already, increase your

EXERCISE QUOTIENT. Especially bicycle machine and swimming. Work up

to 45-60 min every session at least 3-4X a week.

--- WALK about 2-3 miles a day especially a mile after dinner

--- Get into some BREATHING PROGRAM, particularly YOGA . MEDITATION

is also good.

--- If you are drinking excess COFFEE, TEA or other stimulants cut back.

--- Unless you have addiction problems, drink some RED WINE every night or

pick up the fantastic English Hard Ciders and drink a bottle every evening.=

7) HOT TUB after every time you exercise. I sit there for 20-30 minutes eve=

ry

day. The whirlpool has some magic effect on my health.

8) Turn off the TV or any other source of chronic mental irritation. Listen=

to

passionate and uplifting music. This, of course, means no rap. Is there

someone you HATE or that is pissing you off? You gotta leave this zone if

your liver and GB is to heal. Edgar Cayce said it perfectly: You cannot hat=

e

your neighbor and not have stomach or liver trouble as a result " .

9) If you have any blub on your butt, thighs, gut or elsewhere, get rid of =

it

in the proper slow and real way . See the westonaprice.com site for a good =

way. Don't do ANY of the calorie restriction plans (the #1 cause of weight =

gain!) None of us on this site can afford the luxury of extra blubber, that=

's the

sad, cruel truth.

10) Do you need a ROAD TRIP?

REMEMBER, just because this works FOR ME, doesn't mean it will work for

you. We are all different and we all got to this same place for different =

reasons. Many of us have multiple illnesses and the GB branch is only a

small part of a much larger problem.

One thing we all have in common is that we got a WARNING SIGNAL that

didn't kill us. Some people aren't so lucky. I say, don't squander that luc=

ky

break! The next warning may not be so nice.
