<<Jay--

I can't seem to find any of these " easier flushes. " Please help.

This is the 7 Day flush:

Then on March 26th, posted the absolutely wonderful slow flush of her own

design that I have repeated below. I think that it should be moved to the

" files " section of this group because a lot of people who can't do the 1 day

flush can learn from 's approach. Also, Milk Thistle is a very cheap herb

which can assist in the release of gallstones - at least I have experienced

that.

Jay

's post:

Hello:

For the record, I am spontaneously dumping gall stones at night (its that a

happy issue).

I have drunk at least 6-8 ounces of apple juice daily for 2.5 months. I take

herbal laxative tabs daily to keep my colon clear, I eat a moderate to low-fat

diet. I have a weekly visceral manipulation massage to keep everything open

in my digestive tract (the woman calls it Chinese Organ massage but its mostly

in the lower belly area, not the actual organs) that I began when I stopped

colonics and could not do a gallbladder flush for other health related reasons

and had a GB attack and had to figure out something to keep that digestive

tract open.

I began Chang's Chinese Bitters in the am (1/2 tsp in water on an empty

stomach) and 1/2 tsp of Cucuma at bedtime about 3 days ago and now the

dumping -- not a huge amount but maybe 20-30 shattered stones (and a few whole

ones

that are pea size) a day. Some are dark green, some are the brownish ones.

I chose those two herbs since I knew I could tolerate them and I could not

handle the Coptis or the Coin Grass, which is no commentary on her herbs, only

my personal sensitivities.

I also take Milk Thistle, Dandelion, Hydrangea and other gb/liver friendly

herbal tinctures in a glass of water before meals.

The evening meal for the last two days has not been particularly high in fat,

mostly vegetables with some boneless skinless chicken cooked with cilantro

pesto made with only a little oil. Lunch was lentil soup, brown rice and a big

spoonful of leftover dandelion greens stirred in. Nothing special here.

I was surprised to see this happening and I wanted to report it to the group.

I am NOT recommending this as a protocol or program that will elicit similar

results.

The purpose of this message is, I think, that if you drink enough apple juice

consistently and keep a clean colon that even a little encouragement will

give the body an opening to start healing. That is the conclusion I have drawn

so

far based on this shortterm turn of events.

Best wishes,

Dear Leah,

>>>p.s. n, thanks for the enema alternative info. I think I can grin and

bear to go through with the enema on day seven--I've been through much

worse, believe you me!<<<

You go, girl!!! Let us know how it all goes. There are certainly some very

wise folk here and I know that I am so grateful to have found this site.

Blessings, n

Jay, Thanks so much for the link. I think I had read through this one

before, but then got scared because of the enema.....But a closer read says

that I only have to do it on day 7, and I think I can handle that. I called

my sister, who is a lab tech in a pharmacy, and she'll pick one up really

cheap for me. I had no idea that people could do this to themselves on their

own! She says it's easy. So tomorrow will be day one for me. I am so sick

and tired of being sick and tired. How often are you supposed to do this?

Thanks also for making this so easy. I liked what you said there, Jay:

" Start with a liver cleanse, it's the most overlooked organ of the body and

the most easily healed. All that other stuff is the protocol of a person

who has less than 100 hours of correspondence training and is full of BS. "

Not only do they seem to be full of bs, but they really turn people off from

getting into natural healing methods by making it so overwhelming.

I really appreciate all the help I have received from you folks at

'gallstones.' Hopefully someday I can be a help to someone, too!

Ready to dive into my first flush!!!!

Leah

p.s. n, thanks for the enema alternative info. I think I can grin and

bear to go through with the enema on day seven--I've been through much

worse, believe you me!
