is cleansing safe for one with ulcer history?

Hi,

all you kind people in this forum. I'm Anu and I'm amazed to see the

wealth of information on this group. Let me, first of all,

congratulate you on this tremendous knowledge and support forum.

My father was recently diagnosed with a gall bladder full of stones.

He's not experienced any pain so far and we're trying to find an

alternative to surgery as suggested by doctors. Searching on google

led me to http://www.allnaturalinfo.com/Liver_Cleanse.htm and then to

this forum.

Now, I'll really appreciate your advice on whether it is safe for my

Dad to try the olive oil cleanse. He's suffered from duodenal ulcers

in the past, though its all been under control for the last 7-8 yrs.

He's had no surgery/operation for his ulcers in the past. He also

suffers from hyperacidity and allergic rhinitis. Would it be safe for

him to take up this cleansing? I understand that your advice might not

be an expert medical advice but please don't let that discourage you

from speaking your mind and experience.
