Guest guest
Will, Thanks for the tips on facial characteristics being indicators of problem areas in our body. I suffer from dark circles but they come and go, and I've come to the conclusion mine are caused by allergies and sinus problems. Does anyone else know what could cause dark circles....... my mom seems to think parasites can cause them but honestly she is parasite phobic, so I take that from her with a grain of salt. I'm seconding Will on that question of what is the NO. 1 Most Important thing for our Health??? Can red noses just be genetic? Blessings, n

Under eyes as you said kidney (which has to clear the inflammation caused by allergens, that ultimately cause sinus problems, if your definition of allergens is large enough). My chart says for liver... " imbedded pustles (pimples), flaking, irritation, pronounced wrinkles " cause... " toxemia. " The other chart I use says " abnormal colors, changes in the texture of the skin, surface eruptions or rashes are early signs of developing problems. " Wish I had this info when I was 16. My husband has two pimples right now on his face between stomach and lungs on the cheeks and HE SWEARS it's from heat. Certainly cannot be from his diet or lifestyle choices <G>. My vote for # 1 is diet and exercise. (Steaming Atlanta)

I puzzled over that and finally decided if cleaning the liver/gallbaldder was the second best thing we can do, then cleaning out the bowel is the best thing we can do.
