Hi

Today is the first day for me on the mastercleanse fast( my 3rd). I

started the out last night with a gall bladder flush( my 3rd actually my

first after the gallbladder removal) which was extremely successfull.

40-50 pea sized stones and alot of chaff. Oh by the way I have no gall

bladder so I consider this quite a successful liver cleanse. I hope to

follow up this cleanse with another liver cleanse. So this morning I

went into the fast by doing Bioxy Cleanse( a Canadian product) O3 bound

by MgO, instead of the final epsom salts as I don't think I could have

brought myself to take anymore. I didn't want to do the salt flush as

My stomach is still queasy from the epsom salts. So since this morning

I have taking in 2 lemonade drinks and a couple of cups of water. My

stomach is still queasy from the Bioxy cleanse as well.

I will not be taking anything out of the ordinary now I just wanted to

get a liver cleanse out of the way and because I was already fasting I

thought it might be easier to start this way. I have not set any time

length for this cleanse, as I will take it day by day and see how far I

get. I am on holidays now for 2 weeks so I hope to utilize most of them

but if I am feeling good then I might venture back to work while on it.

It had been tough yesterday afternoon not to eat because of the children

to feed 7 & 8 y.o. but it seems relatively easy, now. I just went out for

lunch with my husband and had no problem drinking just water. I will be

looking into a different brand of maple syrup as I only had store brand

grade a syrup to start this off and it seems pretty sweet, compared to

the last bottle I had. I am going to the health food store now for

grade B.
