Hi Randy,

I'm so sorry to hear about your ballbladder problems. You don't

want to mess around when things get as bad as they did in your case.

You did what you felt you had to do, and it could have been much

worse. The lessons I learn from situations such as yours is not to

try and figure out what was at fault, or what should have been

done. I try to remind myself to address my liver and gall bladder

before things get so bad. The worse the problems are, the more

intense the dietarty changes, flushing, and supplements needed.

In reference to what you said:

> I'm writing because I feel the need to reach out. I keep blaming

A lot of people who are 25 lbs overweight, sedentary, and taking

birth control pills are not having any gall bladder problems. I

wouldn't recommend any of them, but they didn't " cause " gall bladder

problems necessarally. Everything we do either aids, hinders, or is

neutral to our health. I'm a man, not overwieght, and not

sedentary. I've flushed 9 times and gotten out a total of about

2000 gall stones. The past is the past. Let's talk about the

present and the future :)

Here's a must read site for treating depression. Please go to:

" Rapid Recovery From Depression Using Magnesium Treatment "

http://www.coldcure.com/html/dep.html#reactive

It turns out that liver/gallbladder problems and depression often

have a magnesium deficiency component that is easy to treat. Check

into it and I believe you'll be back enjoying life again without

your gall bladder :)
