My point is that protein with the most biological value on the

planet (meaning they are bioavailable, easily digested) happens

to be cold-processed whey, a dose of which will eliminate the

need to take free-form amino acids and probably MSM as a

supplement.

I realize there will be testimonials from users, but people

swear by eggs, whey, sea vegetables as well, all of which have

amino acids, and placebo, which does not.

I agree, let's eat eggs and whey - no argument there. How do you source

healthy whey that is not spiked with unwanted extras?

Hi cyberrgeek,

I am 30, I was able to pass large stones, in fact much larger than 1.5

cm. My biggest were 2 cm in diameter and I flushed 2 of them at once.

Hang on to your gallbladder and good luck!

,

It's pretty doubtful that those are gall stones. The common bile

duct is only 4-8 mm wide(that's less than a 1 cm). Just

google " common bile duct width " . So it's very unlikely stones could

pass through there without you landing in the hospital!

Have you had a lab check the stones to see what the composition is?

Just take it to your doctor and they can get the results back to you

within a month.

Has anyone else taken their stones to a lab to be checked? It would

be interesting to see the reports posted here!
