Why not try Chang's herbal program. I have had a lot of luck with it

detoxing my liver and GB slowly.

PS are you constipated? Mashed potatoes can be constipating and then the

liver/GB doesnt have anywhere to drain....first step for me is to always check

for

constipation.

Hard as it may seem, you still might be constipated for you. Just think about

it a little and see if you might have any other symptoms -- its dry in our

houses now with the heat so its easier to get dehydrated/constipated. I usually

take an herbal laxative for 24-48 hours if I am having GB issues OR I eat a

handful of prunes.
