Check out the Gerson Therapy procedure, it is a mainstay in their protocol.

Heaven forbid! Fresh ground, organic bean, brewed and insufflated as soon

as it is cool enough. The oxidation (rancidity) of the oils in coffee is

the primary health concern (outside of abuse through overuse) with coffee (a

wonderful medicinal herb used properly). Instant coffee is an aberrant

abomination whether taken orally or rectally. -Dave

internet?...but they are real simple to use

This is a well tested and massaged recipe:

Coffee Enemas

Use three scoops of organic regular, finely ground (not decaf)

coffee in 1 quart of pure (filtered) water. Both organic coffee

and good clean water are important. Put both in a pot and bring to

a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes on a low flame. Then strain

with a wire strainer (as a paper filter will remove some of the

oils which are good for you). Wait or use pure ice cubes to bring

the temperature to between 100 and 105 degrees. Then pour into an

enema bag and administer (you can do this on all fours or laying

on your side). It is good, but not necessary, to administer this

soon after you have had a bowel movement. You can achieve a

similar effect, by administering an initial amount, evacuating,

then administer and retain the rest for as long as you can,

hopefully several minutes.

Try to retain it for fifteen minutes laying on your side. You can

do this, but you may have to practice. Retention stimulates the

liver, so is a worthwhile effort.
