In regards to your statement about FOS. How do I obtain this FOS? Is this a

supplement?

I have yeast issues due to prolonged use of antibiotics.

FOS (fructo oligo

saccarides) is great food for acidophilus and bifidus, the candida cannot

break it down, and the metabolic waste product from its digestion by the

acidophilus is toxic to the candida!

Sorry it has taken so long to respond, I set this aside and then forgot.

FOS are large chain sugars (and fiber) found in fruits and roots. Inulin is

a fructo oligo saccaride. Jerusalem artichokes (not an artichoke but the

root of a sunflower. The roots of the whole compositea family are high in

it.) are very high, and delicious. You can get FOS at any health food

store.
