Guest guest
Well, I'm not a purist, so I didn't bother with the dental work prior to trying a cleanse/flush, and neither did my husband. We have both had very successful flushes using one of the basic cleanse recipes. My husband follows a recipe that uses grape-fruit juice and less olive oil than the recipe I follow -- the one I use includes lemon juice and a pint of olive oil. The epsom salt dose prior to beginning the cleanse is very important. Have I completely confused you yet? Sorry. This group is great -- you wouldn't go wrong if you just went back about two months in the archives and started reading to see what cleanses, techniques, and tips we have been sharing here. I wish you lots of luck with your pregnancy -- it's a great time. I feel for you in the loss of your baby -- I lost two, one full-term, but have also been blessed with four wonderful daughters (they're all teens now!) and it was all worth it! Guest guest
>>>My husband and I want to conceive in November and I was diagnosed with gall stones in August. I haven't had problems since I was diagnosed - been somewhat watching my diet. I was pregnant at the time but lost the baby at 20 weeks (entirely different story) 3 weeks after diagnosis. My gasto md prefers not to operate because of the lack of symptoms, which I prefer as well, but the fear is when I pregnant, the pain will start all over again. Suggestions?<<< Get a copy of Cabot's book 'The Liver Cleansing Diet' and read the archives here and at curezone.com in the liver cleansing folder (It'll take you a long, long, while so make sure you have a comfortable chair <G>). Keep a notebook handy to note down advice, websites, post numbers in case you want to come back to them, etc My advice is to start your lifestyle changes now and so embark on a programme of stone dissolving rather than rushing into a cleanse. Learn the coping techniques for dealing with an attack. Use castor oil packs. Look in the archives for my post 'What I'm doing now' or something like that. Add Folic acid to your diet to prepare for a pregnancy. I am unable to do cleanses during pregnancy as it overstimulates my uterus and causes prem labour but following a good liver support diet works for me. And that means that contrary to popular opinion you MUST eat plenty of fat but GOOD fat as that is what keeps your liver functioning properly. Happy reading ) Blessings Mama Home Educating Mother to 7 precious Blessings.
